Responsibilities
- Assist in Data Collection: Gather, clean, and prepare datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and integrity for analysis.
- Develop Visualizations: Create clear, concise, and compelling data visualizations (dashboards and reports) using tools like Tableau or Power BI to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Support Reporting: Maintain and update existing reporting frameworks and weekly/monthly performance reports.
- Conduct Research: Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Collaborate: Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.
- Documentation: Document data processes, methodologies, and findings to ensure transparency and knowledge sharing within the team.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field. (Recent graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, functions). Familiarity with SQL is a plus.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong attention to detail and the ability to think critically about data quality and results.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Tools: Basic understanding of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is highly desirable.
- Problem Solving: A proactive approach to troubleshooting data issues and finding solutions.
