Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze structured datasets using SQL and Excel
- Create visualizations (charts/dashboards) using Tableau or Power BI
- Assist in generating monthly performance reports for stakeholders
- Identify data trends and anomalies through exploratory analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decisions
- Document data processes and maintain data quality standards
- Participate in sprint planning and agile development cycles
Qualifications
- Recent graduate or career-changer with analytical mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP)
- Basic understanding of SQL queries (SELECT, JOIN, GROUP BY)
- Strong problem-solving and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate complex findings clearly
