Responsibilities
- Drive Business Insights: Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities that drive revenue growth and operational efficiency.
- Visualize Data: Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to present key metrics to stakeholders in an accessible manner.
- Ensure Data Integrity: Conduct rigorous data cleaning and validation processes to ensure the accuracy and reliability of our reporting systems.
- Collaborate: Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Engineering) to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress against goals.
- Forecasting: Develop predictive models and statistical analyses to support long-term strategic planning and budgeting.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation; strong command of Python or R for statistical analysis.
- Visualization: Expert level experience with Tableau or Power BI.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical findings into clear, concise business recommendations for non-technical audiences.
