Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret large datasets to solve complex business problems and identify trends.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau or PowerBI to track KPIs.
- Perform statistical analysis and predictive modeling to support strategic planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to translate data into clear, actionable insights.
- Automate reporting processes to increase efficiency and reduce manual errors.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement based on data-driven evidence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- 3-5+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Expert knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Experience with Python or R is highly preferred.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.
