Responsibilities
- Data Acquisition & Modeling: Extract, clean, and analyze large, complex datasets from multiple sources using SQL, Python, and Excel.
- Visualization & Reporting: Design and develop interactive dashboards (Tableau, Power BI) to visualize KPIs and present actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Statistical Analysis: Conduct rigorous statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that impact business performance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, marketing, and executive teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and measurement strategies.
- Process Optimization: Identify areas for process improvement and automate data pipelines to increase efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in Data Analysis or Business Intelligence.
- Technical Skills: Expert proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and experience with Python (Pandas, NumPy) or R.
- Tools: Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical data into clear business recommendations for non-technical audiences.
