Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex SQL queries and ETL processes to support data warehousing initiatives.
- Visualize large datasets using Tableau and Power BI to create executive-level dashboards and reports.
- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover trends, patterns, and anomalies within operational data.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics.
- Identify process inefficiencies and propose data-driven solutions to optimize business operations.
- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across all reporting platforms.
- Communicate complex analytical findings to non-technical audiences in a clear, actionable format.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4-6 years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.
- Expert proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Snowflake) and Python (Pandas, NumPy).
- Strong command of data visualization tools, specifically Tableau and/or Power BI.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related quantitative discipline.
- Experience with statistical modeling and A/B testing methodologies.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
