Responsibilities
- Drive Business Intelligence: Design, develop, and maintain complex dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for executive leadership.
- Data Cleaning & Integration: Collect, aggregate, and clean large volumes of structured and unstructured data from various sources to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform deep-dive statistical analysis and A/B testing to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and product features.
- Report Generation: Create comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual reports that summarize findings and provide actionable recommendations to cross-functional teams.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineers to define data requirements and improve data collection processes.
- Forecasting: Build predictive models to forecast market trends and assist in strategic decision-making processes.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL for complex querying and data extraction. Strong experience with Python or R is highly preferred.
- Visualization: Expert-level knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Microsoft Power BI.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Tools: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros) and experience with ETL tools.
