Responsibilities
- Data Management: Design, implement, and maintain complex data pipelines and ETL processes to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Visualization: Create intuitive and interactive dashboards (using Tableau or PowerBI) to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform in-depth statistical analysis and predictive modeling to forecast market trends and operational risks.
- Reporting: Produce comprehensive monthly and quarterly reports that drive strategic planning and resource allocation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (IT, Operations, Sales) to identify data requirements and translate business needs into analytical solutions.
- Process Improvement: Identify gaps in current data workflows and propose innovative solutions to improve efficiency and data accessibility.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field is required.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in data analysis or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (writing complex queries), Python, or R is essential.
- Tools: Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data findings to non-technical audiences.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and a strong focus on data quality and validation.
