Responsibilities
- Lead Data Strategy: Design and implement comprehensive data analysis frameworks to support key business objectives and drive revenue growth.
- Advanced Analytics: Utilize SQL, Python, and R to mine large datasets, identifying trends, patterns, and anomalies that influence strategic decisions.
- Visualization: Create intuitive, interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and PowerBI to present complex data in a clear, actionable format for stakeholders.
- Process Optimization: Streamline data pipelines and ETL processes to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and real-time availability.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineering teams to define data requirements and translate business questions into analytical models.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field; Master’s degree is a strong plus.
- Experience: 5+ years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist.
