Responsibilities
- Drive Strategic Insights: Lead the end-to-end analysis of complex datasets to identify business trends, opportunities, and risks.
- Advanced Visualization: Design and develop interactive dashboards using Tableau and PowerBI to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.
- Modeling & Architecture: Build robust data models and ETL pipelines to ensure data accuracy and accessibility across the organization.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting requirements.
- Automated Reporting: Automate manual reporting processes to increase efficiency and reduce turnaround time for critical business metrics.
- Data Governance: Implement and maintain data quality standards and governance protocols.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 4+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar analytical role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (Advanced queries, stored procedures) and Python (Pandas, NumPy) for data manipulation.
- Tools: Strong hands-on experience with Tableau or PowerBI.
- Database Knowledge: Experience with SQL Server, Snowflake, or similar cloud data warehouses.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate technical data into clear, concise business recommendations.
