Responsibilities
- Advanced Data Modeling: Design, develop, and maintain complex data models and schemas to support business intelligence reporting and analytics initiatives.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex data findings and insights to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, concise, and compelling manner, driving decision-making.
- Tool Proficiency: Utilize Python (Pandas, NumPy) and SQL to clean, manipulate, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources.
- Dashboard Development: Create interactive and visually compelling dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track business trends.
- Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the data workflow to increase efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting systems and databases.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field is required.
- Experience: Minimum of 4-6 years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or data science.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL (Advanced querying, joins, window functions) and at least one scripting language (Python or R).
- Visualization: Proven experience creating dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, or similar BI tools.
- Business Acumen: Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and actionable insights.
