Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust data pipelines using SQL, Python, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Create compelling visualizations and dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for stakeholder presentations
- Perform advanced statistical analysis and predictive modeling to solve business challenges
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to identify opportunities through data exploration
- Develop KPI tracking frameworks and provide monthly performance insights to leadership
- Maintain data integrity and ensure compliance with privacy regulations (GDPR/CCPA)
- Mentor junior analysts and champion best practices in data governance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and statistical software (R/SAS)
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker)
- Strong understanding of statistical modeling techniques and machine learning basics
- Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS Redshift, Azure Data Factory)
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical insights for non-technical audiences
