Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key business metrics and KPIs that drive growth.
- Design, develop, and maintain complex data models and ETL pipelines to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau or PowerBI to monitor performance in real-time.
- Conduct deep-dive statistical analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and anomalies in large datasets.
- Present findings and strategic recommendations to stakeholders at all levels, translating technical insights into business value.
- Optimize existing data processes and workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 4-6 years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (advanced querying, window functions) and Python or R for data manipulation.
- Expert level experience with visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI.
- Experience with data warehousing technologies (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift) is a plus.
- Exceptional analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear narratives.
