Responsibilities
- Advanced Data Analysis: Utilize SQL, Python, and R to clean, manipulate, and analyze large datasets to identify key trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
- Visualization & Reporting: Design and develop interactive dashboards and executive reports using Tableau or Power BI to communicate complex findings clearly to stakeholders.
- Data Strategy: Partner with product and engineering teams to define data requirements, establish data governance protocols, and improve data quality.
- Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor business health and recommend strategic adjustments.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present analytical findings and recommendations to non-technical and technical audiences alike in a compelling and clear manner.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related quantitative role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (Advanced queries), Python (Pandas, NumPy), and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Statistical Knowledge: Strong understanding of statistical analysis, regression modeling, and A/B testing methodologies.
- Relocation: Candidates must be willing to relocate to San Diego, CA.
