Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Cleaning: Collect, clean, and validate large datasets to ensure accuracy and integrity for analysis.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform complex statistical analyses to identify trends, patterns, and correlations within business data.
- Reporting & Dashboards: Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards (Tableau/PowerBI) to provide real-time visibility into key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Forecasting: Build predictive models to forecast market trends and business outcomes to support long-term planning.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to understand their data needs and deliver tailored insights.
- Documentation: Document data processes, methodologies, and findings to ensure transparency and knowledge transfer across the organization.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Analyst in a tech environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (Querying & Optimization), Python or R for data manipulation.
- Visualization: Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex data findings into clear, concise, and compelling narratives for non-technical stakeholders.
