Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate data to ensure accuracy and integrity for analysis.
- Design, develop, and maintain complex dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, or similar visualization tools.
- Perform statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that drive business growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Operations, Finance) to understand data requirements and deliver high-impact insights.
- Develop predictive models to forecast trends and support strategic planning.
- Communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, concise manner.
- Optimize data pipelines and ETL processes to improve system performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (querying, optimization) and Python or R for data manipulation.
- Expert level experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Deep understanding of statistical concepts, data modeling, and A/B testing methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
