Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex data models and databases to support business intelligence initiatives.
- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover trends, patterns, and anomalies within large datasets.
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using tools like Tableau or Power BI to present findings to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and define data requirements.
- Clean, validate, and prepare data for reporting purposes to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Develop SQL queries and scripts to extract and manipulate data from various sources.
- Communicate complex data insights to non-technical audiences effectively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and scripting languages (Python or R).
- Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical audiences.
- Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
