Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test cases across web and mobile applications
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA and other QA tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely issue resolution
- Develop comprehensive test plans and test scenarios
- Participate in agile ceremonies (sprints, retrospectives)
- Perform regression testing on new and existing features
- Maintain detailed test documentation and metrics
Qualifications
- 2+ years of QA/testing experience with software applications
- Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC methodologies
- Proficiency in test management tools (JIRA, TestRail)
- Experience with defect tracking and bug reporting
- Familiarity with both manual and automated testing approaches
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently with flexible hours
