Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Analysis: Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations.
- Visualization: Create compelling dashboards and visualizations using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker to present data to stakeholders.
- Reporting: Develop comprehensive reports and summaries that translate complex data into clear, concise business recommendations.
- Database Management: Utilize SQL and other database management systems to query data and ensure accuracy.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process optimization and recommend data-driven strategies to improve business performance.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, finance, operations) to understand their data needs.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of proven experience in data analysis or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (strongly required) and experience with Python or R.
- Visualization Tools: Strong working knowledge of Tableau, Power BI, or similar visualization software.
- Analytical Mindset: Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to think critically to solve complex problems.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
