Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex data models and ETL pipelines to support business intelligence requirements.
- Transform raw datasets into clear, actionable insights through advanced statistical analysis and data visualization.
- Create interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and PowerBI to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define data requirements.
- Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement within large-scale datasets.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with company standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 5+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or data science.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) for querying and data extraction.
- Strong programming skills in Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Expert-level experience with Tableau or PowerBI for visualization.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical findings for non-technical audiences.
