What You Will Do:
As a Senior Data Analyst at Apex, you will bridge the gap between complex data sets and strategic decision-making. You will work closely with leadership to define metrics, build robust data models, and deliver compelling visualizations.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and optimize complex SQL queries and ETL processes to support reporting requirements.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau or Power BI to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct deep-dive data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that inform business strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Operations, Finance) to translate data needs into technical solutions.
- Document data pipelines, methodologies, and findings to ensure knowledge transfer and data governance.
- Present complex analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, preferably within the manufacturing, automotive, or technology industry.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server) and experience with Python or R.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools, specifically Tableau or Power BI.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate data into business value.
