Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large sets of structured and unstructured data to identify trends and patterns.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau or Power BI to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and deliver reports that drive business growth.
- Perform statistical analysis and modeling to forecast future trends and support strategic planning.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with internal policies and industry standards.
- Communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Excellent proficiency in Excel and familiarity with Python or R is a plus.
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to solve complex problems.
- Proven ability to communicate insights effectively to diverse audiences.
