Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Design and develop complex SQL queries, reports, and dashboards using tools like Tableau, Power BI, and Looker.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and translate them into technical data solutions.
- Perform statistical analysis and predictive modeling to forecast future business performance.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend data-driven strategies to the management team.
- Maintain data integrity and ensure data quality standards are met across all reporting platforms.
- Present findings and recommendations to executive leadership in a clear, concise, and visually engaging manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- 3-5+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Redshift) and Python/R for data manipulation.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Experience with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Willingness to relocate or ability to work remotely from a supported location (e.g., Florida or Chicago).
