Responsibilities
- Perform deep-dive analysis on complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards using tools such as Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to understand business requirements and translate them into data models.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity through rigorous testing and validation of SQL queries and ETL processes.
- Produce regular reports and presentations for executive leadership to support data-driven decision-making.
- Automate manual reporting processes to increase efficiency and reduce turnaround time.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and experience with Python or R for data manipulation.
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment.
