Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth data analysis and modeling to identify trends, opportunities, and risks for the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex data into clear, actionable business intelligence.
- Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and visualizations using tools like Tableau or PowerBI to support night-shift operations.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting systems.
- Perform data cleaning, transformation, and preparation (ETL) processes to optimize data quality.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders with precision and impact.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably within the tech or finance sector.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation; strong experience with Python or R is a plus.
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Ability to work effectively during night shifts and adapt to flexible schedules.
