Responsibilities
- Extract & Transform Data: Gather, clean, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Dashboard Development: Design and develop interactive, high-performance dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI to track KPIs and performance metrics.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform advanced statistical analysis and predictive modeling to identify business trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to understand their needs and deliver data-driven solutions.
- Reporting: Create comprehensive reports and presentations for executive leadership, translating complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in data processes and recommend improvements to enhance data accessibility and reliability.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (advanced querying), Python or R, and experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to think critically, solve complex problems, and interpret large datasets.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Tools: Familiarity with ETL tools (e.g., Apache Airflow, Talend) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a plus.
