Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that influence business strategy.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and reporting needs.
- Perform data cleaning, validation, and preprocessing using SQL and Python.
- Create comprehensive weekly and monthly reports for executive leadership.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement through rigorous data analysis.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably with a focus on weekend or shift work.
- Proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating large databases.
- Strong skills in Python or R for advanced data manipulation.
- Experience creating visualizations in Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex data insights clearly.
