Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and meaningful insights.
- Develop and maintain complex SQL queries and data models to support business reporting needs.
- Create compelling data visualizations and dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress.
- Perform statistical analysis to validate results and ensure data integrity.
- Document data processes and provide training to non-technical team members on data interpretation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar).
- Experience with Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
