Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies using SQL, Python, and statistical modeling
- Design and maintain automated data pipelines ensuring data quality and integrity across platforms
- Create compelling visualizations and dashboards in Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business questions into analytical frameworks
- Develop A/B testing methodologies to optimize marketing campaigns and product features
- Present findings to leadership with actionable recommendations driving KPI improvements
- Maintain data governance documentation and ensure compliance with privacy regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive experience in data analytics or business intelligence roles
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Proven track record of translating complex data into business insights for non-technical audiences
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and data warehousing solutions
- Strong statistical analysis background with experimental design knowledge
- Certification in Tableau, Google Analytics, or similar (strongly preferred)
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present to C-level executives
