Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1/2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop systems, servers, and mobile devices
- Document IT procedures, incidents, and resolutions in ticketing systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on infrastructure projects
- Participate in cybersecurity awareness training and implement best practices
- Assist in disaster recovery testing and business continuity planning
- Train end-users on new technologies and system updates
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- CompTIA A+ certification (or willingness to obtain within 6 months)
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems and networking principles
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license (for occasional on-site client visits)
