Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex SQL databases and ETL pipelines
- Create interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI for executive reporting
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and growth opportunities
- Collaborate with product teams to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Present data-driven recommendations to C-suite executives through compelling visualizations
- A/B test hypotheses and measure campaign effectiveness across digital channels
- Automate reporting processes to enhance team efficiency and accuracy
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and statistical modeling
- Expert knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and big data technologies
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate technical findings into strategic insights
- Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end data analysis projects
- Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to non-technical stakeholders
