Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and visualization tools to uncover business insights
- Develop and maintain automated reporting dashboards using Tableau/Power BI
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Conduct A/B tests and statistical analysis to optimize marketing campaigns
- Present findings to executive leadership through clear, data-driven narratives
- Implement data quality controls and improve ETL processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience
- Expert proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python/R)
- Advanced experience with data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical analysis and hypothesis testing skills
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and big data tools
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts
