Responsibilities
- Drive Data-Driven Decisions: Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement.
- Visualize Insights: Design and maintain interactive dashboards (Tableau/PowerBI) to communicate findings to stakeholders effectively.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product and engineering teams to define KPIs and reporting requirements.
- Data Integrity: Perform rigorous data cleaning and validation to ensure accuracy and reliability of all reporting.
- Forecasting: Develop predictive models and financial forecasts to support long-term strategic planning.
- Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation for data pipelines and analytical methodologies.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-5 years of professional experience in Data Analysis or Business Intelligence.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL for querying relational databases; strong skills in Python or R for advanced analysis.
- Visualization: Expert-level experience with Tableau or Power BI.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon into business value.
- Tools: Familiarity with cloud data platforms (AWS/GCP) is a plus.
