Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret data from various sources to solve complex business problems.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Perform statistical analysis and modeling to forecast trends and support strategic planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to define key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for executive leadership to communicate findings.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by implementing quality assurance protocols.
- Identify process improvement opportunities based on data-driven insights.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating databases.
- Advanced experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik).
- Expertise in Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and macros.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with Python or R is a plus.
