Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end data analysis solutions using SQL, Python, and advanced Excel techniques
- Create interactive dashboards and reports in Tableau/Power BI to communicate findings to stakeholders
- Conduct statistical analysis to identify market trends, customer behavior patterns, and growth opportunities
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to define data requirements and implement tracking systems
- Present insights to executive leadership through clear, concise visualizations and recommendations
- Maintain and improve data integrity through rigorous quality control processes
- Lead ad-hoc analysis projects to support urgent business initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of professional data analysis experience with proven track record
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Strong statistical knowledge with experience in A/B testing and experimental design
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Experience in healthcare, SaaS, or e-commerce industries highly desirable
