Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex data models to support business objectives
- Analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, and statistical methods to uncover trends and insights
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and deliver actionable recommendations
- Implement data quality frameworks and improve data governance processes
- Present findings to executive leadership through compelling data narratives
- mentor junior analysts and contribute to best practices development
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive experience in data analytics or business intelligence
- Expert proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python/R)
- Advanced experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong statistical analysis and experimental design skills
- Proven ability to translate complex data into business recommendations
- Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
