Responsibilities
- Design and implement ETL processes to transform complex datasets into clean, actionable analytics
- Develop interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI to visualize KPIs for executive leadership
- Perform statistical analysis and build predictive models to forecast market trends
- Collaborate with product teams to define analytics requirements and success metrics
- Present findings to stakeholders through clear data narratives and visual storytelling
- Maintain and optimize data infrastructure for scalability and performance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of professional data analysis experience with SQL and Python
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong knowledge of statistical analysis and predictive modeling techniques
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and big data tools
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present to non-technical audiences
