Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end data analytics solutions using SQL, Python, and cloud platforms
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports in Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Conduct A/B tests and statistical analyses to optimize marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with product teams to translate data insights into product improvements
- Automate reporting workflows and maintain data quality frameworks
- Mentor junior analysts and present findings to cross-functional teams
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis with proven track record in B2B SaaS
- Expert proficiency in SQL (complex queries, window functions) and Python (Pandas, NumPy)
- Advanced visualization skills with Tableau or Power BI
- Strong statistical knowledge and experimental design
- Experience with cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery) and ETL processes
- Excellent communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
