Responsibilities
- Advanced Data Modeling: Develop and maintain complex data models and databases to support business intelligence requirements.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform in-depth statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization.
- Visualization: Create intuitive dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineering, and marketing teams to define data needs and drive strategy.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across all reporting systems.
- Process Improvement: Automate manual reporting processes to increase efficiency and reduce operational costs.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 4-6 years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (Advanced), Python or R, and experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
- Analytics: Strong understanding of statistical methods, A/B testing, and predictive modeling.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex data into clear, concise, and actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
- Tools: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop) is highly desirable.
