Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret large datasets from government agencies, research institutions, and private sector partners
- Develop interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance metrics
- Design and implement statistical models to identify trends and forecast urban development patterns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data insights into strategic recommendations
- Present findings to senior stakeholders through compelling narratives and visual storytelling
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous quality assurance and validation protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive data analysis experience with SQL proficiency
- Advanced expertise in Python (Pandas, NumPy) and R for statistical analysis
- Strong portfolio demonstrating complex data visualization projects
- Experience with geospatial analysis tools (ArcGIS, QGIS) for urban data
- Proven ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Certification in Tableau or Power BI highly desirable
