Responsibilities
- Conduct user research and create detailed user personas to inform design decisions
- Develop wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma and Adobe XD
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure design feasibility and implementation
- Perform usability testing and iterate on designs based on user feedback
- Establish and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across products
- Create compelling visual designs that align with brand guidelines and accessibility standards
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders with clear, persuasive storytelling
- Stay current with UX trends, tools, and emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional UX design experience with a portfolio showcasing diverse projects
- Expertise in design tools: Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and prototyping software
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
- Experience conducting user research, interviews, and usability testing
- Ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive, user-friendly interfaces
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate design rationale
- Portfolio demonstrating successful end-to-end design processes and measurable outcomes
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and responsive design principles
