Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, and statistical modeling to identify trends and opportunities
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business questions into analytical frameworks
- Develop automated reporting systems to track KPIs and performance metrics
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through compelling data narratives
- Maintain data quality standards and implement data governance best practices
- mentor junior analysts and contribute to continuous improvement of analytics workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with SQL and Python
- Expert proficiency in Tableau or Power BI dashboard development
- Strong statistical analysis skills and experience with hypothesis testing
- Experience with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes
- Excellent communication skills with ability to simplify complex data for non-technical audiences
- Proven track record of delivering actionable insights that impact business decisions
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and big data technologies
