Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Cleaning: Collect, process, and perform statistical analysis on large, complex datasets to identify trends, correlations, and anomalies.
- Dashboard Creation: Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Statistical Modeling: Build predictive models and statistical algorithms to forecast business outcomes and support strategic planning.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and operations, to understand their data needs and deliver clear, actionable recommendations.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in data processes and implement automated solutions to improve data accuracy and reporting timelines.
- Documentation: Document data sources, methodologies, and findings to ensure transparency and maintain data governance standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL for database querying; experience with Python or R for data manipulation.
- Visualization Tools: Strong working knowledge of BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Analytical Thinking: Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and communicate insights effectively to non-technical audiences.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles.
