Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, and Tableau to identify business opportunities
- Develop automated reporting dashboards for executive leadership
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical modeling to optimize marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with product teams to define data collection requirements
- Present findings to stakeholders through clear visualizations and narratives
- Maintain data quality standards and implement data governance protocols
- Lead ad-hoc analyses to support strategic business decisions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and Tableau
- Strong statistical analysis and experimental design skills
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and ETL processes
- Proven ability to translate complex data into business recommendations
- Excellent communication skills with executive stakeholders
