Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex data models and ETL pipelines for real-time analytics
- Create interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI to visualize KPIs and performance metrics
- Conduct ad-hoc statistical analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and growth opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Implement data quality controls and validation protocols ensuring 99.9% accuracy
- Present findings to C-suite executives through compelling data narratives and visualizations
- Optimize database performance and troubleshoot data integration challenges
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of progressive data analytics experience with SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and R
- Expert proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
- Proven track record of developing scalable data solutions for enterprise environments
- Strong statistical modeling experience (regression, clustering, forecasting)
- AWS/GCP certification or cloud data platform experience (Redshift, BigQuery)
