Responsibilities
- Lead user research initiatives including interviews, surveys, and usability testing
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma and Adobe XD
- Develop design systems and ensure consistent UI/UX across digital products
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement design solutions
- Present design strategies to stakeholders and gather actionable feedback
- Mentor junior designers and foster a culture of continuous improvement
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing B2B products
- Expertise in design tools: Figma (primary), Adobe XD, Sketch, Principle
- Proficiency in user research methodologies and data-driven design
- Understanding of WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards and responsive design
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
