In this role, you will be responsible for transforming complex data sets into actionable business insights. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive strategic decision-making and optimize our operational performance.
Responsibilities
- Data Extraction & Analysis: Extract, clean, and analyze large volumes of data using SQL, Python, and Excel to identify trends and patterns.
- Visualization: Create compelling data visualizations and dashboards using Tableau or PowerBI to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Reporting: Develop and maintain regular reports that monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
- Collaboration: Partner with product and marketing teams to define data requirements and support A/B testing initiatives.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in data processes and recommend solutions to improve data quality and accuracy.
- Forecasting: Assist in building predictive models to forecast market trends and customer behavior.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL (querying and database management) and experience with Python or R.
- Visualization Tools: Solid experience creating dashboards in Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into simple business language.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and the ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
