Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and Tableau to identify business trends and opportunities
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports that visualize key performance metrics for executive leadership
- Collaborate with product teams to conduct A/B tests and optimize user experience through data-driven recommendations
- Create predictive models to forecast market trends and inform strategic planning initiatives
- Present findings to stakeholders through clear, compelling data narratives and visualizations
- Maintain data integrity by implementing robust ETL processes and quality control measures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with proven track record of translating data into actionable insights
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical analysis skills and experience with hypothesis testing and experimental design
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
