Responsibilities
- Design and implement complex data models using SQL and Python to extract, transform, and analyze datasets
- Create compelling data visualizations and dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Conduct statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in customer behavior and operational metrics
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Develop automated reporting pipelines to deliver real-time insights across departments
- Present findings to leadership teams with clear recommendations for business optimization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with proven portfolio of projects
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Strong statistical analysis skills with experience in hypothesis testing and A/B testing
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and data warehousing solutions
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical findings for non-technical audiences
