Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and Tableau to identify market opportunities and growth patterns
- Design and maintain automated reporting dashboards for executive leadership and cross-functional teams
- Collaborate with product teams to define KPIs and track performance against business objectives
- Conduct A/B tests and statistical modeling to validate hypotheses and optimize user experiences
- Present findings to stakeholders through compelling visualizations and executive summaries
- Maintain data governance frameworks ensuring accuracy, security, and compliance standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive experience in data analysis with focus on business intelligence
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical analysis skills with experience in hypothesis testing and regression modeling
- Proven ability to translate technical findings into actionable business recommendations
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and big data technologies (Spark, Redshift)
